Our Impact
2024 in numbers:
615 attendances | 27 social events | 116 coffee pop-ups | 20 ice cream pop-ups | 14 employees with disabilities
We were founded in Sept of 2022 and launched our first not-for-profit small business in September of 2023, a coffee cart that employs six adults with disabilities. Even though we've only been operating Belong Co. Coffee for a short time, we have broken even at every pop-up — proving a sustainable business model.
Along with our employment programs, we host social events (2-3 times monthly) that are completely free to the adult disability community.

Rapid Growth, Employment Program Expansion, & Operation Headquarters

We have launched our second not-for-profit small business in June 2024, an ice cream cart, but are experiencing some needs as our growth has been rapid.
Adding Belong Co. Ice Cream is allowing us to employ another seven individuals with disabilities.

Current Needs
Expanding into bigger spaces & Monthly Sponsorships
Our current needs include a fundraising push for our first brick and mortar/community center shop AND monthly donors/corporate sponsorships to help pay for our monthly operations (insurance, subscriptions, background checks, etc.), along with partnering opportunities for events and more.

Belong Co. could not operate without the help of our sponsors. You are a crucial part of allowing us to continue to serve the disability community!
We are currently looking for monthly sponsors to help us:
insurance (for both social and employment purposes)
annual business permits, licenses, non-profit filing
background checks and waiver subscriptions
pay the lease for a warehouse/flex space to operate our two small businesses out of
monthly stipend for Executive Director and Social Director
